Out of State Buyer

I was an out-of-state buyer in a crazy seller’s market when I ran into Julie. She was different from other agents who tried to get business by sending me columns of MLS listings and breaking out buyer’s agreements the first time they showed a property. Instead, she was genuinely interested in learning me and what I was looking for – and literally and figuratively, went the extra mile to check out properties of interest – taking videos when I couldn’t be there. When she would email a home and say this looks “perfect” she was always spot on. Uncannily so. A real gift to someone far away. A remarkable trait is her consistency – whether it’s communication (there was not a single text or email of mine that went unanswered – THE SAME DAY – over the course of three months!), her friendly positive attitude and support – even when times got rough, and her above and beyond customer service – whether arranging for home inspections, making expert referrals for lenders, contractors, you name it; writing offers, counter offers, back up offers; having a colleague show a house to me on short notice when she couldn’t be there, or helping to coordinate closing, etc. Every question gets answered and she never stops working. For an out of state buyer, trust is key and if you have the privilege of working with Julie, she will earn it quickly and keep it. She’s a rare find and the first person I’ll look up next time I need a real estate agent.
